The four 4-story building
complex is directly on the Caribbean Sea side of the island on a premium,
white and pristine beach, one of the most, beautiful beaches
in Cancún. Our upscale, private, gated, beachfront
complex, Condominios Brisas, on km. 19.5, Blvd. Kukulcan (between the Royal Solaris Resort and Solymar Hotels) offers residential club atmosphere, 24
hours security, free parking in front of the gate, convenience store, tennis
court, Laundromat, 2 pools (one for children), pool chairs, shade palapas and beach showers.

Our
apartment location offers you the best of both worlds - the quiet, beautiful
beaches of the Hotel Zone and the ease of convenient, inexpensive
public transportation to shopping, sizzling night life and entertainment
areas downtown. The city bus stops directly in front of the complex
and runs every 3-5 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes at
night. Within a few minutes and a for less than a $1, you get anywhere
in town, to movies (performances of the newest international and US
hits in English) at La Isla Mall and terrific shopping (San Antonio
River walk style) are only 10 minutes away.
We provide our guests with personally compiled guide and tips, but
do also browse in the guest book filled with tips from the owner and
previous guests. We hope to welcome you soon in our apartment, while
you escape the ordinary into a tropical paradise! |

Sleeping
Accommodations:
Optimal for 1-4 people, but the condo will accommodate up
to 6 people (this works for a family or good friends, willing
to share space for a good value).
- The Master Bedroom has 2 full size beds with super orthopedic
firm mattresses (sleeps 4 comfortably).
- The separate Living Room/Kitchen offers 2 sofas, and
accommodates 2 singles or up to 4 kids. Practical
for families with children, sharing a condo with parents or another couple or two single adults.
- The generously sized bathroom/shower is conveniently located
between the master bedroom and the living room, providing some
privacy if two parties share the condo
- The vanity sink is located in the hall outside bathroom and
thus offers added flexibility.

Our one bedroom Tropical Escape condominium is nicely decorated, comfortable
and spacious, corner unit. It is privately managed, clean and welcoming,
ready for you to enjoy your holidays. It is conveniently located on
the ground floor with an easy access to the pools and beach. Enjoy
the magnificent sunsets over the calm and vast Nichupta Lagoon from
the sixteen-foot glassed-in terrace leading off the bedroom into a
semi-private garden, full of blooming hibiscus (feel free to pick
the flowers). Or watch the palm tree tops swing in the breeze from
the terrace hammock, provided for your enjoyment.

A
separate living/dining room has a fully equipped kitchenette:
with all you need to prepare a simple or gourmet dinner. We have received
many compliments on how practical and convenient the kitchenette is. If
you feel like staying home for an evening of movies we have a VCR
and DVD,
just pop some popcorn in the microwave. If you are a family on a budget
the kitchen is a great economical alternative to eating out. The glass
round dining table with rattan chairs is a nice spot to sit, talk
and enjoy your meals and company. |
