Rent
includes: clean up before & after rental; mid-week maid service
(condo clean up and fresh bath towels), bed linens changed
weekly for rentals of 2 weeks and more); basic toiletries on arrival
(toilet paper, soap, Kleenex), local phone calls and the use of utilities.
Beach towels are provided, but not laundered during your stay.
We have a Laundromat on site at your service for a nominal cost.

POLICIES:
• Check-in 3:00 PM; Check-out at 12:00 noon CST (Central Standard
Time) or by agreement with the owner.
• The use of the electronic safe is your choice and responsibility.
If you forget or confuse the code, there is a fee for opening it.
• No pets allowed.
• If you smoke, we appreciate your smoking on the patio or in
the garden. Ashtrays are provided.
RESERVATION, BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY:
25% retainer is due to hold the condo at time of booking. The balance
plus U$D 300.00 security deposit ($500 with 5+ guests
occupancy) is due 12 weeks before arrival
date. The security deposit can be a separate check and I'll hold
it until your return. The security deposit is fully refundable pending
your leaving the condo in order and returning the keys as arranged.
Payments can be made by personal checks (drawn on U$D account),
Money Order or by major credit cards via phone or i-net "Pay Pal"
service (fast, secure, economical). Customers using credit card or Pay-Pal, please
add 4.25% to cover cost of receiving money. International customers
can wire transfer money, send Int'l. Money Order or use Pay Pal
as well.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
• 10% of total rent price will be charged if cancelled, once
the condo has been booked, dates confirmed and the 25% booking retainer
paid.
• 75% refund if cancelled between 98-84 days (i.e. 14-12 weeks
notice) prior to arrival date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 83-70 days prior to arrival date.
• There is no refund if cancellation is made less that 69
days prior to arrival or once checked in and you changed your
mind.
No refunds
in case of severe weather, evacuation due to a hurricane or any
situation beyond our control.
